I need a Suggestion everyone I'm th13 and i have a book and hammer of building already everything is maxed except warden (going to 48 level) and Royal champion (going to 15 level) what should i do as the book of building will provide good value should i upgrade to th14 already or wait and don't take the book of heroes instead take 100 gems and rune of elixir (bonus reward of 4000 points) waiting for your replies

I am using Giant arrow in TH11. It's the best for air attack. I can take out 2 air defense. Bonus tip: Screenshot the enemy base then go to picture and draw straight line across 2 air defense to outside of the base. To give proper position for Archer Queen.
