Quick question might be a dumb one what if someone on the sales Vlan wanted to share files with someone in the service Vlan would they not able to do so because they are on different Vlans?

When I do this, the packet times don't increment; they go up (say 17ms) then down on the next hop (say 15ms) then up again on the next hop (say 18ms), then back down again on the next hop (say back to 17ms again).
