15 mil or less. We need to get back to films where directors need to be creative because of low budgets. Thats when true magic happens. Ridley Scott thought the alien looked too corny on screen and cut scenes down to glimpses enough where you know how it looks but imagine how it moves. It made the film. In Jaws, the mechanical shark looked too janky and kept breaking and the yellow barrels sequence was born. Seeing the yellow barrel pop out of the water was way scarier than seeing the shark. Necessity is the mother of invention.

May 4, 2024 - The point is that many people... kids?.. Really aren't looking for quality. They're interested in seeing a lot of "cool" stuff. Plot..? What plot..? What's a plot? "Don't know.. don't care!" A quick look at what is on the schedules of the TV networks is an indication of the kind of "entertainment" people are willing to pay for and sit through while looking at their cell phones.

You're forgetting the symbolism behind this. Try to read a little more into what he (or whoever order him to do it) is really trying to represent here. I don't spect much from a guy who liked the second Top Gun movie, but who knows, maybe you wake up (or continue to think that movies are actually "entretainment", it's up to you). On second thoughts maybe you choose this scene to make a video for a reason too (anybody told you to do it?). Who knows.

I managed to watch about 40 minutes of this drivel and it took me 3 sittings to get that far. So many cringe moments with terrible acting and a plot so poor it makes that south park episode where they rinse Netflix for making a film out of anything still extremely relevant nearly 10 years after they aired that episode. Jesus H Christ, Zach. This should be a crime against humanity.

Great Video; always enjoy your work. But this time you were only 4/5 correct. Die Hard 2? Are you kidding me?? You need to go back and re-watch with a bit less Bailey's in you! But you'll still suffer an upset stomach. You briefly 'hinted' at the main flaw of the film.... 'McClain is now much more of a traditional action hero'..... BINGO! In the first film, you FELT for him, you felt like HE was not sure he would survive this film. In the sequel, Bruce played it way differently. There was a calm smugness that seemed to state "I've read the script and everything will be fine". It reminded of another favorite you tuber, Ryan George, who in his pitch meeting for the film would have summarized: 'it's going to be super-easy.... barely an inconvenience'.

I can't get past how that Bellasaurus dude looks exactly like the character Taylor Swift did in her video for her song about how everything is easier when you're a man. It was Taylor in full makeup dressed as a man. This character looks EXACTLY like her in drag!!! What's always hilarious to me about that video is how much she looks like Nick Fuentes in male/drag. LOL

I made it one episode and sorry, found it too woke. My gawd, how could they open with that suburban birthday party that looked like a progressive's wet-dream: including a country-ish Cowboy entertainer on his horse, doing rope tricks for a United Nations looking audience of familys, while his young Black daughter beams with admiration. Yeah, in the 1950s. Right. And of course, the very first act of violence is a white guy punching a minority who would dare to try to enter his cellar-shelter after the first bomb goes off. Yeah, that's not too predicable either. OK, will Go Away now and try to continue; hoping it grows on me after reading your recommendation.

This review was pretty awful with the main aim of delivering the Drinker's anti-woke 'message'. Much of what the Drinker says, actually makes no sense. And in some cases, makes you realise what the Drinker feels about certain people. For my part, this was an ok movie. No great. But I enjoyed it. I liked the low key start, but did not like when it theme got more intense towards the end. I found the change in tone jarring, spoiling the narrative consistency. I also hated the main antagonist, because he was so ridiculous. In the end, this feel, like it's supposed to be a Jack Reacher clone, although the Drinker was apparently so incensed about the 'strong diverse female' and the 'strong romantic interest' that he failed to notice this obvious fact. . Now I agree with the Drinker on one thing. Connor MacGregor's character was stupid and ridiculous. So he was right there. I do take issue with some of his other comments. He refers to the bar owner as the 'Strong diverse female character', which is clearly a derogatory term for him to use. Why is he so upset about this? She is a black business woman who owns a bar. Is that somehow unrealistic? Are there no black females who own bars in America? I am sure there are. So why the aggression? It's not as if she beats up a dozen male bodybuilders twice her size. So what's the problem? This is a criticism that makes no sense. So why does he hate this relatively minor character so much? And the love interest. Again what is the problem? She's a doctor and fixes the protagonist up. So what? Does the Drinker believe that females can't be doctors? Indeed, she actually shows the characteristics of compassion and caring that a female character should show. She also shows an aversion to violence, which again seems a positive attribute to me. So why the derogatory reference? Again, she did not suddenly beat up several armed men single handed. So what is the problem? The movie was alright, but had its flaws. However, the main flaw was from the male antagonist, which the Drinker correctly pointed out. However, he puts a disproportionate amount of criticism on to female characters, when they had no real part in the movie's fundamental failings. And that means his credibility, and his real motives, in question.

What's wrong with your voice?

Honestly, as someone who has never played a fallout game and had little to no context prior to watching the show, I really liked the world building. I could pretty easily keep track of how things are and why things are and anything that I'd like explained more will likely crop up later nice and casual like. Far better than an obnoxious paragraph of exposition like the writers are terrified I won't be able to pay attention long enough to get invested 😄 Can't wait for the next season!

I'm an old woman. My son watches all the clips from the Drinker and all those other young fellows who should be outside in the fresh air more, and I find them quite amusing, even though my son has to translate for me from time to time as I don't speak CGI. We saw the trailer for this movie and had hopes that here was at last a movie it would be fun to see. It led my son to explore the book this movie came from--"Churchill's Secret Warriors", and the more he compared them, the more he felt disappointed in the coming movie. That book was so full of dramatic attacks and rescues--all absolutely true--that five movies could have been made from that one book. The side story of the exotic-looking lady and her colleagues never had to be inserted. It took up space that could have been used for so much more. There is a whole series of books on the subject, moving through the history of Churchill's Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, written by Damien Lewis. I urge everyone here to read those books, especially the Brits amongst us. It will buck you up during the weirdness happening over there now, and you will be asking yourselves, "What ever happened to THAT kind of Brit?" It might give people ideas, and stiffen some spines. We need to do the same here in the US, as everything some mocked the Brits for tolerating before, is starting to happen here, and we're not fighting it either.

What a yawn-fest this was. I thought this was going to be a positive critic of LoTR. But I was wrong. It was filled with the 'message'. That is, the 'message' that the Drinker insists on smashing into our brains with every video he produces. A message that is just as fanatical, insipid and ridiculous as any 'woke' culture warrior can come up with. Yes, we get it Drinker. you hate strong woman and are unable to just sit back and accept that sometimes they can be fun and enjoyable to watch for many people, even if it triggers you for some unkown reason. This was supposed to be about LoTR. But instead we got a lot of material on Rings of Power. Why? You just diminished your own video because your bitterness is so great. LoTR is second to none, but apparently the Drinker can't do a ten minute video on it, without talking about another series. The LoTR movies deserve better. They deserve a review all to itself. You didn't mention the great moments, (Charge of the Rohirmm), the diversion from the books (No Tom Bombadil-Great decision), the bad moments (Aragon's invincible Green Army-Really why did Legolas and Gimili fight at all? It made them look like psychos. And it was all so unsatisfying). And of course , the limited, but measured female contribution, especially of Eowyn who showed bravery while still remaining a vulnerable woman. Where was all that? No where to be seen. Too busy showing videos of the cast of RoP which have nothing to do with these movies. And then then why not talk about ethnicity, which I am sure is what you also wanted to talk about. Why not say you are happy that the main cast were all white and not ethnically diverse. Personally, I think that would have been a fair and reasonable opinion to give. But you somehow failed to give it. Why? It doesn't make you racists to say you think that it was the correct representation. As someone who supports diversity in general, I would have actually agreed with you. So why not just say it?

Amber Heard only had 4 minutes and 22 seconds in the film, which accounts for just 3.52% of the total runtime. I don't know why people are getting so worked up about this movie.

The scene that got me was the unnecessarily lengthy crop harvesting montage that looked like the combination of an unedited perfume spec and a rejected beer commercial. That's when I suddenly remembered that I had made the same mistake as I did with the first Rebel Moon.

show runners were tired of the show and didn't have the class to pass it on to someone with passion still. simple
