:Goes through the whole dungeon beating foes without a sweat. And then the dungeon boss comes and 2 shots everyone

First few times your jamming to the battle music. After that you want to persona 3 yourself.

When i played it for the first time 5 years ago I was honestly superised that atlus didn't remake or remaster this yet. To this day they still have yet to do so

It's all fun and games until you end up dying within 2 minutes from random encounters

Will say this about Persona 1 and 2: the player not being a Wild Card but have distinct Arcana is good at and bad with others, made it feel like the player was an individual with actual Arcana weaknesses your party had to compensate or ignore entirely. Also those encounter rates, good farming tho.

The PS1 version is way better. Just bescause its fitting the theme. Its kinda weird when Teens fighting against Demons and the Background Music is some kinda Pop Music.
