As a San Francisco Bay Area resident, I can confirm that this is the cleanest San Francisco has been in decades. All for a Communist Dictator of China. They wouldn’t have bothered for the actual American citizens. It’s so bad in some areas that police officers won’t respond to certain calls. Not because of their safety necessarily, but because certain crimes happen almost every 5 minutes in these areas. Bipping, or breaking into cars for valuables, is one thing that happens so often in very areas of the city that SFPD just request a report be filed. You have to go to a precinct, they will rarely send an officer out to take the report. Another one is retail theft. The passing of the policy that stealing under $950 worth of merchandise is only punishable as a misdemeanor, with far-left non-profits and activist groups posting bail to the perpetrator within hours. This is all a result of super left-wing Progressive policies like “Defund the Police” that have been implemented across basically every major West Coast city; from Seattle to Portland to San Francisco to Los Angeles to San Diego. These radical policies have further destroyed and degraded once great cities to levels seen only in 3rd world developing countries with equally or even less crime. San Francisco always had its bad parts since the late 60s, but it was never this bad. It was once a totally beautiful and safe place. Now it’s a poster example of a craphole. Entire blocks shuttered and devoid of business. Blocks that were once thriving with internationally famous restaurants, theaters, and shops. It’s just sad. San Francisco hasn’t had a Republican major since the 1970s. Same with basically every other major West Coast city. Now look at them. It’s not working.

gun control has alot to do with the selling and buying, most guns are bought at gun shows by a buyer to flip and make money on which you cant track that sell anymore or who it goes to. A lot of guns are bought at yard/garage sales. Tracking the sell and who it goes to is important but there's not really a system that makes you register a new gun to you when buying it from a yard sale

In Sweden these type of things are legal, so they use no protection gear, they fight on concrete. You can check it out, it's called "KOTS" (king of the streets). Many fighters from all over Europe attend. There is almost no rules at all. IIRC the only way to win in KOTS is by knockout or tap-out, if they have not changed it in recent years there's no rounds or timer.
