Honestly all engines need to be made better, less fragile or at least has system in place so prevent this so you don’t need to replace the whole engine. Now i understand the mechanics and how engines parts if even the slightest out of line breaks down the whole thing but if we could be a JW telescope i’m sure engines could be made better
