as someone who lives in the south and works at a chick fil a I can say that chicken minis are probably the most sold breakfast item by a long shot.

There was a time I loved taking my family to Five Guys for dinner because the cost was respectful. Now, I don't even like taking myself there for fear that I'll get a fraudulent card use call from my bank.

As a former Logans Roadhouse employee, I was there during the time we got to throw shells on the floor VS when we couldn't. You can thank the Karen that sued the entire company bc they fell. (Not sure which location it happened) but it caused every Logan's to stop allowing shells on the floor.

Bring back the Wendy’s SuperBar…and the Solariums…and those tables with the newsprint on them.

McDonald's! Just get the order right! Once! Just once! My daughter thinks I'm rude because I say it's not McDonald's unless they get something wrong. I, me, the dad, I get in trouble because she understands I'm not being polite by complaining. I'm the one that gets in trouble... because you all can't get an order straight?! Do a tired dad a solid and please get it together. Or let Chick-fil-A have the "Happy Meal". God knows they'll get it right.

Five Guys critique is Spot on. They lost sight of the fact that they are a fastfood restaurant and started charging sit-down prices for burgers. I'd rather take a less tasty burger at another restaurant for a third of the price. It fills me up just the same.

Used to work at Logan’s and pretty much every customer was surprised when we stopped serving peanuts. Saved me from a lot of sweeping at closing time though so…….

I agree with EVERYTHING that you said!!! Especially about the MexiMelt --- I miss that SO MUCH. I don't know why Taco Bell got rid of it. And I do NOT like Burger King - especially in my city because they are slow, make you wait on the side of the building for 4 forevers. And typically they are RUDE. I love your comedy - Please keep doing it!

I wish Whataburger's drive thru lines were quicker. Their line can only hold so many pick up trucks and they just cannot get food out fast enough.

I was at a Waffle House that solved the 3 plate tetris issue. As they finished each plate they brought it out so it was fresh. Allowed me to finish the waffle before the rest of the meal even was done which was nice cause things were fresher than usual. I suspect that it wasn't actually a waffle house cause it was super clean.

My husband says the same thing about the Chicken minis! We live in Muscle Shoals and for a short time our Chick-fil-a had 10 piece chicken minis on Monday for supper.

Remember when Kids Meal toys were good? Feels like nearly 10 years ago at least. I still have my Dialga case from when BK I think was doing a Pokemon Diamond/Pearl thing when that game came out. (I use it for like loose change, small loose batteries, etc; very handy).

As a parent, I second each statement about the issues with McD's, as well as Cracker Barrel's too many items. They got a lot of neat things, but never enough space inside for people to walk safely through when they're busy.

Unfortunately, for Five Guys it's actually $15-$17 here in the Carolinas for a burger, fries, and a drink now, with $10.49 for just a 2 patty cheeseburger

Yes! shout out to Hunts Bros Pizza. I was camping in the Blue Ridge Mtns and needed gas. Tired of my usual backpacker meals of ramen and instant potatoes I bought a Gas Station Pizza. It was DELISCIOUS . Thanks Hunt Bros.

At Waffle House we would love if you just tell us you’re fine with one plate. Makes our jobs easier. Because we have to do those dishes. The reason we do so many plates is because a lot of people are very picky about their food touching. And if you don’t want toast. Tell us. We may forget and put it on anyway, but at least you tried. Also, stop asking about our gluten free options. Everything gets mixed. If you have life threatening allergies, stay away. We can try to accommodate you, but if you don’t tip well and are a pain about it, it will only happen until we’ve run out of servers and/or patience. Thank you for coming to Waffle House, hope to see you real soon. P.S. We appreciate you stacking plates, but not if there is food still on them. And please don’t place your utensils in the jungle of your finished plate. Digging through the napkins to find the spoon before scraping off the plate is no fun. 😊

#8 BLESS THEIR HEARTS! They need biscuit school. I live in the exact middle of Tennessee, and you can not get a decent biscuit from any cracker barrel in the whole county. They now make you ask for those blonde hockey pucks. And I only bring those modern "hard tack" biscuits home to use as wheel chocks. However, in Franklin and Mt Juliet, they serve granny quality biscuits that are worth asking for.

We have a very good local pizza store in the next town and I'm going to try them today, thanks Matt. How do I know about them? They are very generous to local causes.

I feel most of those so much. Except the Firehouse one. As much as I love their sandwhiches (and being a vollie FF appreciate what they do) I don't eat enough there to earn a party box. I want one!! As for Cracker Barrel, when we're done eating, we have the oldest shepherd the youngest out to the car so we don't have to hear all the things they want while we pay the bill at the cashier.

And lets get back to all day breakfast Mcdonalds! I miss getting a McMuffin at noon :(

you can call ahead and order chicken mini's all day long, they'll have to come in trays of like 20 or 40, but that's actually a really good thing!

I get a very small SS check and I have to budget very carefully. I used to have a fast food meal twice a month. The last time I went to Five Guys, it would have cost what I had budgeted for two meals. I left. Mickey's $1.00 chicken sandwich is almost $2.00. Waffle House has a good deal for $5.50. It would be as cheap now to go to Cheddars and the food is better.

Every time I see the Hunt Brothers Pizza sign in front of the local gas station, I’m reminded of the Texas oil millionaire Hunt Brothers, who tried to corner the world silver market in 1980. One of the brothers, Lamar Hunt, was one of the founders of the AFL, and was the owner of the Kansas City Chiefs, if I recall correctly.

I live in Louisiana and they can't make pizza worth a damn here. Hunts Bros is the only safe bet, since these other places let their dairy go bad. I love you Hunt Bros.

Yes!!! Taco Bell needs to bring back the Mexi-melt! Love those! In 6th grade, when I was in middle school, we had Taco Bell on Wed. We'd get bean burritos (meh) one week & the next, we'd get Mexi-melts. Those were the only 2 things we got (served with corn, a tiny side salad, & a dessert), but every other Wed, I always bought lunch.

The reason the Chicken Minis are on the breakfast menu and not on the all day menu is because it takes a lot of labor and space which a lot of locations can’t justify relative to how busy they are

Along with the Five Guys rant...you can add CHI-half my income-POTLE. It used to cost $7 for a decently large "street style" burrito. It is now upwards of $15 for HALF the size 😮. Guess where I no longer eat?
