I've noticed that in like 70% of these stories, one of the most common things said as a closing is: "For some weird reason, I now (such as holding the keys in story 1)", as if them doing this thing and the trauma they'd been through leading to that behavior are completely unrelated. It's just a weird random thing I've noticed seems to be said A LOT.
