the 11th story immediately reminded me of the movie "the visit" from the very beginning. Though I don't even really care anymore if the stories are real or not, they're very entertaining. Also I absolutely love the clarity of your voice! English isn't my native language, but your pronunciation and emphasis is so clear and friendly that I understand everything! I'm really mad at myself now for only finding your channel today, but I'll definitely check out more of your videos!

I use to never remember dreaming but going to sleep listening to your stories has woke me up thinking wtf was just happening because my dreams are so lifelike and so random. Gave me a nightmare that kept me up one night. Keep up the great work.

I grew up watching The Twilight Zone and The Outer Limits, and these stories would make a great tv show like those!! I would watch every week to see if the next one was more scary than the last!! I am a grandmother of many, and I have always loved scary stories. I grew up on a farm and in the summer time we always slept outside in the hay stacks, and scary stories is what we did. We came up with a lot of our own, but these would have been great for those summer time hay stack stories!! I love your narrations too, you have a very good voice for this!!

To add to the first story. I lived about an hour north from there back in the 90s. One late night me and my friends were walking when we thought we heard something following us from a tree line. We stopped and saw this dark black figure standing about 8ft tall between these two trees. Even though it was dark you could see it because it was so black, if that makes sense. We took off running and never looked back. That’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

OOOOF I’m from southern Ontario and we also went to Algonquin park for our grade 8 trip. We had an issue with the hermit also, it’s actually pretty creepy. That was years ago tho and idk what cabins this guy was in but we were right by the water and theirs was chicken wire on the windows and the cabin was for sure made of solid wood lol the hermit did break into the cabin next to mine and stole blankets. We also caught him watching our plays on the nature stage. I will say though, all camp counsellors told us we weren’t to bother him and to leave him be... so it’s weird they took kids out into the woods to see the man who didn’t want to be bothered...

You do a wonderful job of narration. I listen to your stories every night in bed.... in the dark! I fall asleep every night listening to you. What I missed hearing the previous night, I line up to listen the next night... and so on, so as not to miss any! It’s surprising how many so-called “monster” stories there are. But it seems dogman, goatman and Wendigo are a great deal more prevalent in North America than we were led to believe. Sasquatch doesn’t seem so scary to me anymore!

Darkness Prevails, I used to fish that lake for years. Back then we bounced a 4am bar on Milwaukee Ave then took Northwest Highway to Busse, then to the lake after work around 5am. Massive Catfish, lots of blue gills and sunfish. Yes, it was stocked annually... anyway, over the years, we saw some completely unexplainable things. I'd love to tell you about them but it would take too much time for people to read on here. It can be a very creepy area, especially in the early fall. Late Sept- early Nov. Was most active. If we grabbed the dog from home before we went toward the lake he'd always get spooked. I never saw behavior like that from him any other times. Only at those woods and lake. He's a friendly but stubborn pitbull. He saw stuff. No doubt at all, cause we did too.

Don't forget that the storyteller is always 6'5, jacked, has some kind of background they use to claim to be a badass, they're almost always holding a gun of some description and they piss themselves and run away when they see ... a shadow.
