Sadie's Story is great, there are 29 logs In Mombasa Streets and 1 in Data Hive (If you collect all other 29 before starting the mission), It very normal to have missed some unless you spend ages searching the streets, or use a map/guide to locate them, especially considering it'd require a decent bit of backtracking since they aren't all available right away.

I forgot to mentioned that I wish they would’ve included the original loading screens from Halo 3: ODST on the Xbox 360. Because it has the superintendent A.I scanning parts of the city from its perspective. 😊😭❤️. With the green part of the scanning acting as the loading part. 😊

The flamethrower was a cut weapon in Halo CE that was introduced in the PC port's multiplayer. It would be Halo 3 that brought it back as a turret-like weapon for combating the flood and multiplayer once more.

I'm glad you're still enjoying ODST, and are liking the characters especially! After Noble Team from Halo Reach (can't wait for you to play that) Alpha-Nine, which is the ODST squad's official name, is probably my favorite grouping of human characters. I especially like the closing cutscene of NMPD where the squad dogpiles the Brute Chieftain and Buck introduces the assassination mechanic a game early. Nice of you to official meet the Engineers (in this case Vergil). Bungie had been working on ways to get the Engineers into the games since Halo CE but this was the first time they got them into one of the main games (think they might appear in Halo Wars but in a different capacity). I definitely recommend a video devoted to reacting to the entirety of Sadie's Story as it really is a nice story that ties in the civilian side of the Halo universe with ODST's main story in cool ways. If you actually collect all the audio logs before going into Data Hive it changes a few things (i.e., the circumstances surrounding that one cop and how Rookie meets the Engineer)

Where you play as the entire squad and hold out in a firefight like on the rooftop. And your chracters all speak their voice lines to each other, it was so fun, and they even released a flood firefight They actually let you play as johnson too

If you get all the audio logs. The cop you fight along side will actually lead you to a unique area and there will be a different outcome! Hope you see it when you watch the rest of the logs! Virgil even tries telling you things along side the cop. Saying things like "Hitchhikers may be escaped convicts!". And shutting the door on him before he can get down to you so he got put in a room with the bugs. Its a great easter egg

In the scene where you meet virgil. if you got all the audio logs, the rookie actually change what he does when he first meets virgil, since he knows who he is now. Its such a welcome change and reward. I was surprised to see it. Veronica also reveals more about why she was there, and why the engineer was there

Oh, we finally reached a part in the series where the facts are more funny and cute, compared to the more constant themes of depression and sadness. You seem like a funny and cute kinda person, so on to it. Also, side note, I really am enjoying CoD WW2. I love a gripping character centric story. I can only highly recommend CoD Infinite Warfare and Titanfall 2's stories as well. However, both are science fiction. Considering you’re already playing threw Halo and probably already have a lime up, I can simply only recommend the two games' stories. They are great and memorable. Fact 1. You were probably wondering where Romeo earned such a nickname among his ODST peers. Well, I can assure you, it is far less romantic then it, or he, would imply. Romeo was born Kojo Agu, and when he was only four years old his home colony was glassed by the Covenant in 2524. Two decades later, in 2541, Kojo enlisted with UNSC as a Merchant Marine. It was this career decision that landed him on the colony of Castra. Here he would have less then romantic relationship with the Governor…'s wife. Yup, Kojo “Romeo” Agu is that guy. The Governor, not to pleased with the mans antics, pulled some strings with some high up people in the UNSC, and before the ink was dry, Kojo Agu was enlisted within the ODST ranks. So there it is. Romeo earned his moniker for being a overly friendly man with a Governor's wife. However, as an ODST, Romeo retains a 100% kill rate as a Marksman. Fact 2. The species known as, “Engineers” are actually named Huragok, and they are Forerunner bio-mechanical entities that come in two very specialized flavors. The first and most common variety being the “Engineers”. These are the ones we encounter in Halo: ODST. They are specialized to interface, control, modify, and repair anything technological. Be it Human, Covenant, or Forerunner, they can interact with it. The second, and much more rarer variant is the “Lifeworker”. They are as advanced as their technological peers, however, they specialize in organic matter. Only five Lifeworkers have ever been encountered, where as the Engineers actively serve the UNSC in decent number by the time of the latest game. These docile and remarkably helpful creatures are noted as being isolationists, preferring to be alone or in a group and away from other species, they are exceedingly patient and have a one-track-mind for their task at hand. The Covenant sought to keep them out of enemy hands by attaching explosive harnesses to them. But humanity makes use of these adorable snake-balloons threw kinder means. Fact 3. Yes. The naming conventions of the Huragok are as cute as they are. A Huragok is created when two or more of it’s kind gather organic matter and essentially “build” a new one. The process itself is unknown, thankfully, but the result is a new Huragok. However, the initial process requires the “parents” to regulate and adjust the gasses in the air sacs. This process is what results in their name. For example: one prone to sinking and floating lower then others would be named “Far to Heavy”. Or one whose gasses are near perfect balance would be named “Easy to Adjust”. And an individual whose gas mixture causes noticeable buoyancy would be named “Lighter then Some”. Not as many to day, but there are some cuter Halo facts I could find. Also are you planning on watching the rest of Sadies story on UKposts? Because their are unique points of interest that happen if you find them all before starting Datahive. The story and those cutscenes are all on UKposts. Just a general question.

1:01:46 funny thing, to me, i tried to bring in a sniper rifle and the assault rifle, to give veronica dare the sniper rifle for extra fire power....but the game as if it knew what i was gonna do, remplaced my weapons with the starting weapons of rookie wish kinda pissed me off as i tried to not waste ammo on both weapons on the way there on the mongose, considering the sniper rifles on the supply catches were far away from where to begind the point of no return xD

So that cop he was a bad guy. Vergil doesn’t like him so he locked him out. Vergil was also warning you that he is trouble. It’s something I missed on my first play through as well. So that cop was actually one of Kinsler’s corrupt cops and he was sent down there to see if Sadie’s dad was dead and if he was alive the cop was ordered to kill him. It’s why Vergil was warning you. And it’s why he said “Crime doesn’t pay.” when he died. When Vergil said there was a crime scene it was Sadie’s dad. You can hear her trying to contact him. That engineer is the one that revived Vergil and it downloaded Vergil into itself. Vergil is the engineer now. Engineers are Forerunner made living computers. They are from the Forerunner time made by Forerunners. They survived the Halos because they are computers. Oh also data hive is under the ONI building and Dare was annoyed that someone blew it up because it led to buggers being alerted. Vergil was always their target.

You have not had good luck with killing aliens that have turned out to be slaves recently huh? haha. Engineers were in the books before they made their way into the game (though that is because they were cut content in the first game). In the books they're pretty docile and curious, they love to take things apart, fix them, make them more efficient, and put them back together. I do wish we got to see their curiosity in the normal gameplay loop, like if you're sneaky and you can see them just looking around and fixing things. Would've been nice to get a hint of their true nature, but at least we got Vergil!

That engineer id vergil now but that wasn’t the case before, it was the ai computer from that room you rescued the engineer, btw you should watch the complete sadie story and the aftermath of that story. Also that tunnel section wasn’t hard your loadout succed no offense, and halo 3 shotty succs if id make a halo shotgun tier list halo 3 shotgun woulf be on the bottom of it I agree that odst has tons of replayable moments but data hive ain’t it, the ones i replay the most are uplift reserve (tank mission) nmpd hq (romeo) and kikowani station (stolen phantom) Btw im shocked how often you picked up the plasma pistol, it’s never my go to weapon

1:38:41 fun fact, the very first kill of the human covenant war before it even started was a enginer killing a human as it was adsoluty beating the shit out of a grunt it was friends with, as a covenant ship first time encountered a human ship and were exploring it, with the engineer accompany the scouting team to gather tech for the enginer to something to it :P Of course the enginer being the only pacifist of the conventant *FELT* really bad about it that it tried to create a gift for the humans as they brute on that ship: *tartarus* was gonna go tried to do peace negotations, the thing that enginer made out of human tech gathered....was the choppers the brutes use in halo 3 xD so quite ironic, as the brutes on the ship liked those vehicles so much (unaware of its true porpuse as a sorry gift) put on weapons to it and thats how the chooper was made Thats what i remember from the book or comic that tells of the begind of the entire war

The mental image of an old lady with nothing to lose just going full Doomguy on the Covenant is quite hilarious. At 1:08:13 and at 1:14:26 notice what the Superintendent just said there?All I will say is that cop accompanying you is related to Sadie's story in a way. I won't spoil who he is or what he's doing down there with you since you haven't seen Sadie's full story yet. Also,about the cop dying to buggers at 1:14:24-he only has a different outcome if you manage to collect all 30 audio logs in Mombasa. Again,not spoiling since its related to Sadie's story. Finding all the audio logs also slightly changes the scene where Dare and Rookie find the Engineer. Instead of Dare making Rookie lower his gun,the alternate scene has Rookie make Dare lower her gun first and then whistle to the Engineer to coax it out. 1:39:12 From a gameplay perspective its quite nice to have shields while playing as an ODST.
