As much as I adore New Horizons, at this point, it feels like an unfinished early access game. I've literally run out of things to do. Same furniture and clothing items while Pocket Camp, a mobile game with micro-transactions, gets new content DAILY. Same dialogues from characters day in and day out, they feel like robotic NPC's. Missing features that were already there in past titles, like diving. Diving and the Dream Suite were features that were already present in New Leaf from the second you played it, so why did we have to wait MONTHS for them in New Horizons? Why do we have to work on Nintendo's schedule when it comes to holidays? There's no reward or incentive for saving your bells in the ABD. We used to get things like a box of tissues or models or even our own ABD, but now we get nothing. Where are all of the Nintendo items? Like Mario clothing? Zelda items? Are they afraid to use their own popular franchises? New Horizons is a cute wholesome game, but it feels empty and kind of sad.

I really loved and enjoyed this game for the first 5 months. Unfortunately I’ve just stopped playing at this point. I hope I pick it back up soon, but I feel like I’ve just run out of things to do and the residents in this game say the same things every day and it rarely changes. Hope to see some new content that will make me want to play again soon! I still love Animal Crossing.

It may be because it's getting late, but i got an "emotional" chuckle at this video. Nintendo puts so much love and effort in this game, it's incredible, and the characters sells it better than anything else.

Does anyone else remember that update a while back where the dodo birds were supposed to be able to send your storage back to your house when you were on a Nook island tour? Whatever happened to that? I remember using it like once and then it just disappeared. Did they remove it from the game? Why?

This is wishful thinking but i think nintendo is recapping the npc's we have now so we are familiar with them when the new npc's come

I like that the NMT system in in place, for Wilbur's sake. In city folk, if you don't use Nintendo WFC (which no one does anymore) the only reason you'd ever go in the gate is to check the lost and found with Booker, or maybe change the flag. Since his partner Copper only dealt with WFC stuff, he's basically useless now. On the other hand, even if someday far in the future Nintendo stops online support for the Switch, and you can't visit friend's islands anymore, Wilbur won't vanish or become useless, but will still transport you to NMT and to Harvey's island. It's nice knowing that him, Orville, and/or the airport itself won't lose almost all of their use when that day comes.

Nintendo be teasing us now. I'm normally patient but if Brewster isn't added in New Horizons (it doesn't even have to be fall, it can also be winter) I will riot. Please make him stay in the museum or have his own building. Please don't make Brewster a travling merchant!
