Oh my goodness... Shoulder problems are very painful. Had 3 rotator cuff repairs & Bicep reattached. I would never ever wish that pain on anyone. Remember to hydrate yourself. From an American mum 😉... Huge huggs to Kate, baby & pups... 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🌻

Great job Dan! Sorry to hear about your shoulder! Be kind to yourself! You might think about taking care of you in high temperatures! Wear wicking long sleeve shirts that you can wet. The wicking effect can lower your skin temperature by 3 ° . I use to keep a cooler in my truck with large frozen bandanas. Placing it around your next or wet under your hat will also keep you cooler! And please don't forget to hydrate! The effects of heat stress can be tricky and sneak up on you!

Dry heat such as that in Spain is fine but still difficult to work through, humidity is the killer !!! It’s bad enough sweating through hard work but sweating for doing nothing, not good !!! 👍👍👍👍🇬🇧
