Pull the plug would've been my answer but I can see why others would choose a bucket 😂

I initially thought that if it’s a normal tub then pulling the drain plug was the obvious answer, but I never thought that if the tub is full to the brim then inserting your arm into it would displace some water and cause it to overflow, so you’d have to use one of the other implements to scoop out some water first, into a bucket or something. Also, what if it’s an old fashioned hip bath type of tub, with no drain inside-you’d definitely need to use some type of container to empty the water out. Yes- I’m an over-thinker!

Having learned from experience, I would start scooping water with the teacup so as to minimize the overflow due to displacement. Once enough water is scooped out to allow for the displacement of my arm I would stick my arm in and remove the plug. Should I be institutionalized?

Before the entirety of the joke was read, the tub was not described as brimming to overflowing. Immediately, I thought of two things: why not open the drain, and then immediately thought if the tub had no drain but the objective was to empty the tub…I would need to calculate which tool would be best to empty it where best did not need to be fastest. Then I remembered this a joke so either the tub is fixed and pulling the plug is best. Otherwise if not fixed, then dump it out by turning the tub inside down. DONE!

I am normal I believe as my choice was pull the plug essentially the forth choice unvoiced but any sane person would not choose the options listed if they took a moment to think. That delivery person makes me think of daffy duck bugs bunny and Elmer fudd oh the road runner too. If I had a tub full to the brink I would empty the linen closet and have the large bath towels close to hand to sop up the displaced water. The water must go somewhere. It will not all be contained by the objects provided even if each of them is filled completely. Bathrooms in institutions do not necessarily contain toilets, or even more than one bath, or a basin. They are not givens. Even if there was somewhere to put the water (floors in institutional bathrooms do usually have drainholes) there would still be a residue of water in the bottom of the bath. A sponge was not an option given. A mop to clean the floor is not an option given. It is a functioning bathroom so emptying the bath is a given (implied) and with no other option given (the bathtub is) for disposing of the water it must drain through the plughole of the bath. However as there is no mop, this must be done without spilling water on the floor from the "brimming" tub and an arm placed in the tub will displace some water to the floor, so, if you don't want to stay in the institution use whatever comes to hand from the given options to remove sufficient water to get the arm in to pull thug start the water draining then return the displaced water to the tub to drain, or if there is chain attached to the plug pull that, or if it is a switched plug flick the switch. If, however, you wish to stay in the institution jump into the bath, lie down, and chuck a spaz. Clothing is optional. Yes, I got it straight away. But judging by the inability of about 80% of the population in the west to think through the the covid scam, thinking outside the options provided by an authority, I suspect most people would fail the test: not all would chuck a spaz in the bath but you can be sure leading representatives of the corporate media would, as indeed they have done on air numerous times over the last three years and some. But do note, this was not an intelligence test but a craziness test. The option to get jabbed with poison for no good reason was a test of both or either intelligence and/or craziness.
