You can check the amount left until quota while you are at the company by the window above the ship lever. All acquired items will stay on the ship and increase in value by 33.33% everyday you keep them, so it is good to sell a few of the oldest items, and keep the newer ones. Don't know why the fire exits aren't working with the mods, although I do think there was a patch where the interior ones and exterior ones really didnt like playing together (now most exterior ones done with LethalExpansion are moving either to the core version since there's less issues, or to LethalLevelLoader that most interiors are done with since LethalExpansion's dev wants to step away from the mod) and I think some people thought and some mods did have success in removing fire exits. Weirdly enough I'm pretty sure I've seen it vannilla. Don't know why.

guide on bracken and vow bridge: bracken: make eye contact ONCE breifly and look away. if you make too long eye contact or look again, the bracken will aggro bridge: it has an internal timer that counts down, it regenerates as well, so if you jump you can keep the timer up --- the timer goes down faster the more people and weight there is. so one person at a time.

Gosh, I love this series. It's so nice to see Mark, Wade, and Bob mess around and have fun. I hope they keep this going long after the popularity dies down, because the feelings I get when a new upload hits is indescribable.
