A quick breakfast is always relevant, so today we will prepare a bowl of buckwheat. Bowl is just the name of a deep plate, you can put anything to taste there, so I decided to make a healthy breakfast. I put buckwheat, poached egg, olives, greens and cheese in my bowl, so I got an almost vegetarian bowl. Prepare simple meals and enjoy wonderful tastes!

Ingredients Bowl with buckwheat:
100 g of buckwheat
200 ml of hot water
1 egg
10 sprigs of parsley
10 olives
100 g of feta cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil
Step-by-step recipe for cooking Bowl with buckwheat
Pour 100 g of buckwheat into a small saucepan or saucepan and pour 200 ml of hot water. I used a Panasonic thermopot for this, the water temperature should be 98 degrees. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. It will be perfectly dense and tasty.
Now boil the poached egg. Now I will tell you about my favorite way, which is the simplest and almost always turns out, provided you use fresh eggs. First, boil water in a saucepan, stir and add 1-2 pinches of salt. Second, break the egg into a soup ladle so that it does not break the structure.
Carefully dip the egg in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. The water should not boil too much, the fire should be medium or even slightly lower. Remove the egg with a skimmer and place on a plate or paper towel.
Take a deep plate and place the prepared buckwheat. On one side put 100 g of feta cheese, on the other - cut into arbitrary slices of 10 olives or olives.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. oregano, it will give a pleasant aroma to the dish. Because of feta and olives, I did not add salt to the dish.
Wash and chop 10 sprigs of parsley, add to the dish. You can choose any other greens to taste.
Spread poached egg on top and pour 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil. Cut poached egg, this will be our sauce.
