So just because they're trying to cut budget doesn't mean he's owed. If she don't want to book him she doesn't have to. Remember this is a business unless they had a contract that says "I'm the only cameraman you'll book for the next five years, 3-5 times a year, or however many." Other than that he has no ground to sue. It does sound like he's trying to do it to bother Megan simply because he already knows how some people view Megan. Traveling means, he is always with her unless she is ready for time off. The assistants, glam team, and camera man + driver don’t get time to be with family or anything as long as she is on the road. $4000 a month for a 22hr a day plus job is not a lot for a full time job. In this economy you can not live that amount. And it doesn’t matter if she is not working as much, a contract is a contract.
