Pretty good explanation and demonstration, right up to the point when you balanced the tire. You should always put the cone or the collet behind the wheel to simulate the hub on the car. The front should be retained with a finger set you can get from Haweka. That would simulate the bolts being tightened onto the wheel. This will give the best results on a wheel balance. Especially on the high end builds you guys do. Not hating just trying to help out.

The yellow dots on the tire sidewalls should be aligned with the valve stem when mounting

The red dot means the heaviest part of a tire and yellow means lightest. So the rim’s unbalanced area is where it has a hole for the valve stem thus to obtain the as perfect as possible balance you put the red dot to the stem. But that’s only if they both are present red and yellow. Red has priority over yellow.

You forgot the most important part how not to damage the tpms when installing the tire. The breed can break the sensor right off if you don't position it correctly.

Another awesome video boys. One thing I would add when mounting tires is be mindful of TPMS Sensors when applying the pressure. If you start in the wrong place, the pressure of mounting the tire can break the sensor off.

KW Suspension Systems are the best. Pricey but absolutely worth it. You can go pretty low in static, have the perfonance adjustments and setup abilities you need for going on trackdays but also still a lot of comfort on bad roads.

I just bought 2005 545i but it’s all busted up. I just saw it has an oil leak. It be nice if y’all could work on it. On your channel and do the the same upgrades y’all did to the M3 - Pretty soon I’m going to be replacing the windshield new headlights front bumper. And then I tackle the oil leak. Then you break rotors and paint calipers. Then get it painted.

One thing I'll had that was not mentioned was the placement of the wheel sensor when installing tires.. Always have the sensor 1/4 to 1/2 away from the arm cause you can easily snap the sensor on installation. nice build btw

I am just now realizing how easy I have it, the shop I work at uses the latest and greatest Hunter touchless tire machines and balancers. Not sure how long it took you, but I could have all 4 mounted and balanced in 20 minutes.
