I will teach you how to make Caesar salad quickly and easily. In the classic recipe, there are only lettuce leaves, croutons and dressing, but we are so used to adding chicken as well. With this component, the dish turns out to be really richer in taste, so let's do it that way. To speed up the cooking process, we will take ready-made chicken strips cut into equal pieces from TM "Nasha Ryaba". Just take it out of the package and bake it right away. Another bonus is that the salad dressing is universal, so you can use it for other dishes as well.
Ingredients for making Caesar salad:
150-200 g of strips of chicken fillet TM "Nasha Ryaba"
2 slices of white bread
1 tsp. paprika (for chicken)
150 g of romaine lettuce (or any other)
80 g of cherry (or cocktail) tomatoes
For the sauce:
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml sour cream 20% fat
5-6 canned anchovies or salted anchovies (optional)
1/3 teaspoon of salt
20 g of greens to taste
20 g of Parmesan cheese
