i CAN NOT fathom how an 18 year old could get ‘catfished’ INTO KILLING SOMEONE, that someone being their very own BEST FRIEND. this didn’t even happen long ago, it LITERALLY happened 2 years ago when almost EVERY teenager has good knowledge about the internet and its consequences. the amount of stupidity you need to embody to carry out such a hideous act is INSANE.

People would literally do anything for money. This girl had no actual proof that a random man on the internet was actually going to pay her (she didn't even verify his identity), but she decided to plan and do the whole thing anyways. For me, the worst part is that she actually got to know Cynthia, saw she considered them friends, spent time with her, etc., just for... killing her. Like, the bond she created was not enough to make her change her mind. It's just horrible.

i went to school with all 3 involved. cynthia was an incredibly nice and caring person. sad to see how the atmosphere of class changed after the murder.

ngl Brehmer should be punished as an adult. she was fully aware. she got herself into that sketchy relationship. she’s eighteen, not a baby, so it’s on her to know right from wrong 💀

Basically what she was saying was "because someone fooled me and I didn't get the money for killing her how does that make me the bad person". Well it makes you extra bad now because you killed her for nothing
