To be honest webby was one of the first rappers to really build from the ground up on the internet. I remember watching his party freestyles years ago before a lot of people knew who he was. When I found him on Datpiff I think the only two albums he had out at the time was white noise and TMNR. The production quality has come a long way since then and it was one hell of an inspiration watching his career take off. Dude inspired me and I'm like 10 years older than him. I was on the run for several years before going back home and serving my 18 month sentence. I had his lyrics memorized and wrote down and that shit got me though all the bs I was going through between addiction and being on the run and doing time. I probably wouldn't have gotten back into making music if it wasn't for a combination of his inspiration and technology evolving. And for that I'll be forever grateful!
