I know blaming men is the default position nowadays for practically everything, but I think the way society is nowadays puts a lot of barriers up for everyone to have a healthy relationship. Social networking, for example, has caused a lot of self-absorption, which is a killer of relationships, often before they can ever start.

Notice women weren't mentioned by the person I responded to. Additionally, If you don't think society plays a part as well, with people distracted by their phones and whatever else in lieu of actual real human connection, then you are truly lost.

Damn what a loser take. Taylor’s probably one of the most successful current stand ups, she’s had 3 Netflix specials in 4 years and is pretty unquestionably the biggest current female comedian. In all comics I’d say really only John Mulaney is significantly bigger in the standup scene

Taylor is so animated and amusing to watch, but she's not funny. She's never made me laugh. I like to watch her because she's so into her own stories. It's like watching a 4-year-old mumble through a never-ending story that goes nowhere. You can't help but nod along in amusement.

Yes yes being single is relaxing and fun for a while, till you get old, then it becomes hollow and regrettable, so while funny it's nothing to aspire to, it's still just failure to find a mate.
