I love watching these videos, as horsepower rises from the 50's to the 70's, then drops until the 90's, and suddenly skyrockets steadily into 2019, it's like seeing a phoenix rise from the ashes and reach heights far beyond what it ever was.

Don't get too excited, its more like $30,000 in our crummy economy today. When American people let outsourcing happen in the 1970's inflation started to rise as 98% of everything Sold in the United States of America us American Made 64 years ago. Now? It's 97% of everything is made in some Foreign country just to line the pockets of the CEO's as they screw over our country and others lands, water supply, and air making people of those countries dislike or hate American people. www.Madeinusaforever.com is just one of the many sites I know that'll get American back to having deflation

The C7.R did have one key win; at the 2015 Le Mans 24 Hours in the LMGTE Pro category.

The other key urgency behind the win? They had to start the race with only car number 64 because 63 had a mechanical issue that could not be solved before the start, and it ended up beating the 2 AF Corse Ferrari 458 GT cars to win it's class.

The 1968 design came from the Pontiac Banshee prototype from 1964.

...which originally was supposed to be produced alongside the Corvette (itself influenced by the Mako Shark) until GM decided they didn't want an in-house competitor to their flagship performance model and rustled up the Camaro-based Firebird instead. BIt of a shame that the 'Vette never got another family member but at least the eventual outcome for us performance buyers ended well...

How'd you miss the C4 ZR1? Such an iconic car and a major departure in the engine from the traditional Corvette. Also, you now need to update this for the C8.

1958 and 1962 are so classy, All Stingrays rock too, 63-80s are all stunning the C3 looks so good... am I the only one that wants an old Corvette even nowadays? New Corvettes have lost the Corvette touch :'( don't get me wrong cause they're cool but that classsic stingray shape... Can't be seen anywhere in new Corvettes

The 1958 Corvette did not have the "Sting Ray" rear end shown in the video. It was similar to the '57 model with some extra chrome additions.

This channel has an amazing opportunity to blow up, but i have some suggestions: 1. The speed at which you change from car to car is really fast, you should slow it down a bit. 2. You should maybe add some background music (low enough that we can still enjoy the amazing sounds of the engines, type in yt “the evolution of the f1 steering wheel” i think its the first video, sorta like that). Apart from that you have amazing content, please expand the videos to more cars because im hooked!
