It actually does, it helps a lot. You can try finding this game's hashtag on twitter and you'll see plenty of people posting screenshots of their progress. Obviously it doesn't happen instantly but over time you really can lose weight with this. Not only that but also gain muscles. I have this game and you can actually feel the heat after a couple of sessions.

@@alxdrksoul Choose Ring Fit if you want to run and do intense stretches that help tone your body. Choose Fitness Boxing if you wanna learn how to fight and lose weight faster. Both has its benefits of training your stamina and keeping your body in good shape. I chose Fitness Boxing because I have mixed martial arts experience. Couldn't train anymore because of college assignments and covid, so having the game is very convenient for me.
