Эй,центровать вал в удлинителе для сверла перед проточкой надо на полном вылете,а не на коротком.Иначе центр отогнет кривизну и после проточки будет кривая палка,а не вал.

Me gustaría saber, porqué, para endurecer el acero (herramienta para corte) en algunas ocasiones lo "apagas" en agua y otras en aceite??? Será por el tipo de acero (de la herramienta) o por el trabajo a realizar (corte) o clase de acero a cortar (maquinar). Saludos con agradecimiento 🙏🤠

In short , if you harden steel in water , the steel gets "glasshard" with the tendency to break in absence of flexibility. If you harden steel in oil it s a bit softer , but with lesser tendency to break. All in all it depends to the case of your using-situation and of course the steel you use . There are "water hardener" and ' oil hardener. To harden steel in water correctly , the nned of much smithing knowledge has to be there . The use of oil is more forgiving. Greets from Germany

Вот почему слова гениальные идеи это ожидание увидеть еще одно говно. Делать с головки болта сверло для алюминия. Если так то да зачем покупать станок , сделац его сам. Проблема в названии
