I really appreciate all of the sentiments made about not having loot boxes and keeping things similar to MCC’s progression system. It sounds like the teams made a lot of great choices to keep this multiplayer experience out of the deluge so many AAA games sink into these days. Here’s to hoping that things don’t shift post launch and that Halo Infinite can be a gold standard for the rest of the industry.

I use to love pvp before I was injured in Iraq. I lost the use of my left arm and suffered brain damage. So pvp is extremely difficult for me. I'm glad you guys added bots so I don't feel completely left out. Hopefully progression in pvp is allowed using bots.

I hadn't been this hyped for a Halo game since the first Halo Reach trailer. It's been more than a decade since then. It feels good to finally look forward to a Halo release.

The battle pass implementation in this game has to be the best BP system so far, I always wish I could buy one and keep it when I'm free to play the game and be stressed when I can't finish it in time, also the fact you can still buy old ones as well make this 10x better!

The fact that purchasing previous battlepasses is an option makes me wanna nut. It's so relieving to know that we have the option to get all the cool stuff from previous seasons even if we join even a year after launch.

It's crazy how well these people get Halo... Every time they said something I found myself nodding along "yep, that is Halo" Really makes you wonder how Halo 4 & 5 even happened.

When I heard battlepass I was concerned, and then it went away when they said it doesn’t go away, which means even if I sleep on a pass I can always come back to it if I want to get that stuff, THAT’S AMAZING!

I think that no matter how this game turns out, the sheer turnaround in this game, and the hard work from 343, has been enough to amaze me. I truly can’t wait to play this

Guys, everything I've seen so far from the community is super positive, and y'all have no idea how happy that makes me.

I just came from a chatroom where someone stated they wanted playable grunts, and someone else replied that there would be no way to balance something like that in multiplayer. But, I had this idea, and I want to post it here for others (including 343) to see. It's just an idea and let me preface by saying that Infinite is looking great, I just want to brainstorm Halo ideas for the fun of it. " Yes, in competitive multiplayer it wouldn't be logical to play as a grunt. However, there are ways that playing as a grunt could be very fun. Imagine 343 released an Infinite update that added Flood firefight, but you play as Covenant Forces surviving the flood. That way you get *playable elites* without people worrying about "balance", and we'd get the much requested flood firefight. Now during this mode if you chose to be a grunt, you could play a support role, as flood would focus on Elites as the tank-role, and grunts could have a hud that shows them weapons, they could carry extra weapons, extra ammo, deploy equipment to help allies, and even crawl into vents to open doors from the other side on certain maps to lead the team to secret rooms with perhaps weapons or other equipment in the rooms. Grunts could also be the only class that carries some kind of torch to repair Ghosts, etc. The possibilities for adding fun content to the Halo Universe are incredible. "

no one seems to be talking about the razorback, being able to store weapons for ammo, or power weapons will be a literal game changer, plus, that battlepass system on it's own level. Adding bots is going to make customs alot more intresting.

This looks like such a step up from Halo 5 and that is so reassuring. Sadly I’m not on Xbox anymore and my pc won’t be able to run this game, I don’t think I can experience this game. But I will always love Halo, and I’m happy to see that 343 is really trying to make a great game here after the poor reception of 4 and 5.

I dont know if its just me, but the combat and armor have a Halo:Reach-esque vibe and I couldn't be more pleased. Really looking forward to playing Halo like old times
