Watching this now two years later... I'm Czech, and when the man "walking" his stuffed dog to circumvent the Covid restrictions came up, I thought "that sounds like our Covid restrictions." And of course it is. And of course he did. 😅 I missed the story at the time, and everything about that time is a blur so I'm not sure if it did happen at the same time - but there was a point when everyone was scratching their heads when people were only allowed out of the house in th evening / at night in order to walk their dogs, but only in a very limited radius from their home, allegedly to prevent people from gathering. Which then everyone pointed out made no sense because it would actually lead to exactly that around apartment buildings... So if this did happen at the time, I can well imagine someone basically just thinking "it can't be more absurd than it already is."
