Yes, please rest and take care of yourself sir. We will be here when you are ready. Last year I could not walk due to a broken hip. Watching your videos gave me something to look forward to and kept me sane. That really helped me. I would do Physical Therapy while watching you on YT. I had surgery in August 2023 and am back to life and work. Thank you for providing that service to us all!

Just found your channel a couple of months ago and am enjoying your videos. I'm not telling you something you don't already know, I just want to acknowledge that weeks in hospital take time to recover from, especially in the face of a surgical procedure. Don't give up and don't despair over how long it takes to get your strength back. Day by day it will return as you work on becoming a little more active each day. Just pace yourself and be as consistent as you can. My prayer for you is for a good return to functionality, but most especially for you to know God's presence and comfort. Seek Him out in the pages of His Book. Psalms and the Gospel of John are good places to go for comfort and clarity. Take care.

I found when I tipped pastry out it was a little dry but did squeeze together It broke up s but but I managed to get pastry in dish. Thought that it wouldn’t turn out ok. My goodness it was well worth doing as everyone had never tasted such lovely pastry thank you again xxx
