Scar, the only way to defeat bureaucracy is with more bureaucracy. You put a bunch of red blocks (i.e. red tape) across his fishing shack and say that you need to see Grian’s fishing license. As a zookeeper, you need to make sure all the mobs are cared for. He’ll then have to apply for a fishing license, as zookeeper he’d have to apply through you. Also, the snails are an endangered species, only 2 so far, which means they CAN’T be kept by Grian (or Gem) without the proper licenses, again falling under your department.

Scar, you need to name a chicken Blooben. Make blooben a little chicken base that has 2 pressure plates attached to redstone lamps. Label the lamps yes and no. Throw the MJAAFK at Blooben inside his base, and see what lamp he turns on. The Blooben base test. Charge other hermits a diamond to use Blooben's expertise.

The base blooben test, when performed properly, properly displays the findle accuracy of the base's disynchronous glostules. It makes sense the the Permit Department would request such a task given that all shops divulge multicapillarity signals to the central server founded on yelkim quilt technology. Hi Scar, I think Blooben is another word for “blow up”, he’s asking you if it will blow something up …or he’s asking you to blow up his base just like Mumbo’s. Best ask him while he’s building at his base, bring a shulker full of TNT, just in case he wants you to get started right away. Maybe just start placing some around until he gives you more instructions if I’m wrong. He was a bit unclear in the video, so he can’t blame us for any misunderstandings. Hope that helps.

Regarding the blooben test and all other questions: Grian will obviously not accept any answer. Therefore, someone likely needs to regulate the DHP. I suggest you build the Department for Eradicating Ambiguous Tasks for Hermits, short DEATH, that will force Grian as the head of the DHP to provide DEATH with the correct answers or face prosecution. You just need the right motivation to make a lazy bureaucrat work for you ^^

excellent idea, and for each question in the forms he's made ask the detailed instruction manual fro that particular question , give each a code to make it look more official. That way you force him to write a detailed description for each question so he'll want to avoid creating more. Fine him if he doesn't have all the correct manuals. One fine per manual, say 10 diamonds.

The base bloobin test is an approximately 30 minute test that assesses the realisticity of a proposal. It has 5 seperate steps. 1: a straight forward analysis of materialist consequences. 2: will it intend other consequences for lateral proposals? 3: what will be the cardiovenstricular implications when looked through a cryptoprimitivisticly obstructomodern lens. 4: could it if implemented lead to unintended flux effects on the viscouscurrents of atmospheric refractive potential? 5: are batteries included? I know this may seem like a lot of complicated jargon but it's actually pretty simple when you look at what it really means. Hope that this helps!

The Base Blooben Test is the most fundamental form of the Blooben Test. There are more sophisticated tests available, but the Permit Office only asks for the base test to save you time.

Every zoo has a vet to keep the animals healthy, or at least work to figure out what is making them sick. Because exotic animals are exciting and because they always zombify here, perhaps there was a horrific calamity in the vet car and now there's some zombie pigs running around in a quarantined bubble. When the caboose arrives, I think it would be hilarious to style it like a hollywood tourbus. It could have recorded custom tracks pointing out passing exhibits and stuff.

I love how after Scar said two time MCC champion then the double jump works. That’s the secret to success win MCC twice and you can do a double jump. Also the Base Bloomen test is a test that covers knowledge, comprehension, and application to analysis, synthesis, and evaluation

Scar, you need to do an armor stand at the permit office. It should show a skellie with some spider webs... And Grian should have a vending machine which most of the time just eat a diamond instead of spilling out a beverage at the permit office. I'm shocked you don't have to pull a number (1367 ex. when there on the board shows just a five...)

Base Blooben Test, developed in 1975 by bell labs when the government asked Basette Q Grianson to develop a test which determines the validity of an item, however the test that Base came up with only worked for a very narrow band of items and it was impossible to tell when the test was giving an accurate reading or not. In 1993 Richard Blooben found the criteria of an item which when you preform the Base test on it you will get an accurate reading, together the criteria and the test now are known as the base Blooben test and while no longer strictly necessary ever since 2018, is still a tedious burocratic part of permitting.
