BOOM!!! I had to start over in life at the age of 63 because I got out of a 36yr extremely abusive marriage. I had nothing…I’m now debt free, mortgage free (I bought and own my own condo, which I love) because of all the things you’ve mentioned. I’m waiting till I turn 70 in September to start collecting my pension and old age security here in Canada and because I’ve waited I’ll receive 42% MORE. NO JOKE! Always felt I just don't belong here. That this horrible reality we live in is definitely not my reality. I worked to retire. I'm now retired and planning to l sell my house, live in my minivan and travel. Yup, finally at 76 I get to live life in MY reality. Great video, Kevin.

When I was at UVA and lived in the valley I drove across Afton mountain over 6,000 times, 2 hours a day turns into 500 24-hour days, that was in a 10-year period

This is the reason I started my own business. I get up when I want and only work 4 or 5 hours a day. My wife's in the rat race, as I was for 25 years. Not any more. Am I rich? Hell no. Am I satisfied, you bet your ass.

And I also wanted to say a massive "Thank You so Much!" for Sharing This, in order to Help People who are willing to help themselves!! I got out of the Rat Race, early on in life, and I'm nothing special or anything! My life improved exponentially and I am almost home and dry with moving to a Rural location!! If I could say,~ Listen to Kevin's words of Wisdom,. but, also Remember , that you have to take Action, in order to be successfu.., (Happy+Contented =Success!) There's a lot more to explain, but I still have not mastered being "Consice"!! But I'm working on it!! Thank you Kevin, for encouraging and inspiring me. I always hated the rat race. Im semi retired now and happy. I can see the craziness now I stepped away from it. I've met people that have a new house two new vehicles and would be SOL if they missed a payment on either. Now that's living check to check

I know a dentist that was from my hometown always lived a more than comfortable lifestyle, he legitimately had numerous allegations against him and his practice that ended him up losing his license,and his business.Pretty much lost everything financially...He went down a little road beside his beautiful two story home that went back into the woods and hung himself...He never took a loss, and couldn't handle it I guess...

I agree 100% on washing your hands I was on my nephew for washing his hands all the time I would have told him I wanted my money back and walked out

At any rate, you live pretty much like the wife and I.. we don't have a TV (thank God), no debt, drive old vehicles.. but we have no loan payments at all.
