My heart hurts for Juice, his cries just broke me. Our kitty had to have her eye removed due to an infection. She healed well I hope Juice does too.

I'm sure Juice will adjust well to not having one eye. I adopted a dog a long while ago that only had one eye. She didn't seem to miss it, she was able to catch birds that flew over her.

I hope the robbers who did this too Juice get their karma very soon poor Juice will make a better recovery with the eye removal but it was very sad and I cried and his cries made me cry more. I feel sorry for his owners God bless them.

I’ve seen Juice’a story before, so heartbreaking! People can be awful! What strikes me is how he cooperates with the veterinary team and doesn’t lash out. If any dog had reason to lash out because of fear, he sure did! He seems like such a sweet boy, and I wish him a long happy life with his people now ❤️

I can’t express how angry that makes me that any human being would do something so horrific to one of Gods beautiful dogs!!! But outcome was good, at least he’s alive and gets to live a happy Life

Juice was happy when he saw his mom and dad.

My sweet baby boy, a cat, lost his eye when he was only about a month old due to a severe infection because of severe and extreme neglect. When he and his siblings were rescued they were so close to suffocating from the amount of infected dried plus that had crusted over their eyes nose and mouth. They weren't able to eat because they weren't able to breathe through their nose they were so close to death. And somehow they all survived due to the extraordinary measures that the amazing rescue took. He was the first of his siblings to lose an eye and he was so tiny that they had to jerry-rig/diy certain surgical supplies for him. As horrific as it is what happened to this poor dog and how angry and furious it makes me the people who did it, I can promise you that sweet dog is going to be just fine with only one eye. My little boy is now a happy healthy 3-year-old that has absolutely zero problems navigating his world. He is spunky and funny and playful and sweet and loving and everything good in this world. Animals are so much more resilient than we give them credit for. And I was so relieved to hear his owners say that they really don't care what he looks like they just want him home. Because that's really what it comes down to, it's the humans that have a problem with animals only having one eye or missing a limb more than it is the animal itself. But winky babies, and for that matter all differently abled animals, have just as much love to give and can lead just as happy lives! I hope that this little boy gets to grow up and have an amazing life, and I'm sure with parents like those he will 💗 I really hope those intruders are caught and face significant consequence. If I were less empathetic, I'd say that I wished they went through the same thing that they put that poor dog through. But unfortunately an eye for an eye, quite literally, just leaves the world blind. But there's a saying that when you get to heaven there's a bridge and as you approach it you are surrounded by all of the animals you've come into contact with in your entire life and they are the ones that decide whether to lead you across that bridge to heaven or whether you don't get to cross it. I genuinely hope that those cruel l home invaders had extenuating circumstances leading them to needing to rob a house and that they're inexplicable cruelty towards that poor dog was out of fear response thinking the dog would attack them and not out of blatant disregard for living beings. Either way they have an awful lot of karma to make up for and I certainly hope that they get out there and start making the world a better place, starting with paying it forward to animals. In fact I hope that the judge forces them community service, supervised closely, at a shelter where hopefully they can gain some more empathy for these incredible furry souls but at the very least so that they can put some good back towards the community that they so horrifically wronged.

My Rigby (small 1 year old cat) had her eye destroyed being beaten up by a big male. She had to have her eye removed. She’s eleven now and still scores the occasional mouse. Animals put us to shame with their resilience & zest for life.

Poor baby the people who did this are not what I would call people but I won't write what I'm thinking about them. You be tuff juice no matter what mom and dad and all of us love you very much ❤❤❤❤❤❤🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

This is why we shouldn't use house guarding and protective dogs for our safety in the streets.... Nowadays, the bad guys don't fuss around, pull a gun, and your big girl is dead, no matter how big and threatening it looks.... And in the worst case, the next person they point the gun at, is you... Once the gun has been taken out, it's out and its use is more likely..😢 Better get knowledge in self defence...
