Is there a pre-requisite to get this guy to spawn? Ive farmed this cave 10 times in NG+ and only thr regular chimera spawns

I've found my answer. You have to make it past the Coronation part of the main quest for this guy to turn Gore

Rest or wait for 7 days straight in outpost then come back. Or you can dupe it with forgery.
