I love watching Sherpa adventures. He is such a sweetie; always so patient with you Jamie. You get him on a beach and he turns into a puppy. The look he gave you when you asked him what he was doing, he was like "I'm frolicking dad, what do you think I was doing?"

That shot of him with his head out the back window of the mini when you came back from signing in was just adorable.

Sherpa gets to wander another beach and he's loving every minute. It's so frustrating to forget and important item but I'm sure Sherpa didn't mind the extra road time. He's content to ride anywhere as long as the seat is comfortable and there's plenty of air blowing through his fur bringing interesting scents.

That one shot of seeing Sherpa looking out of the back window area of the Mini while his daddy is coming towards him when they are about to leave the beach is picture perfect. It really shows just how well suited ergonomically Sherpa and the Mini are together. Also, he looks so much happier while riding in the Mini than when he's riding in the van because his visual range has increased dramatically.

So so cute when Sherpa stick out this head waiting in the mini, patiently for daddy to come back. No fuss and no crazy jumpies. Such a good boi!

How he loves that huge, firm, flat, open beach to run on! All dogs seem to react the same to an empty beach. Most people do too. It's energising and invigorating. Kids and dogs love to dig and paddle. So do some grown up kids too 😉👍

I love when Jamie carries Sherpy´s toys to holiday so Sherpy doesn't miss his home. It is a tenderness. Sherpy is the sweetest baby dog. I also liked that left food for the birds. When I was a child I had birds that sang and I loved them. What a nice vacation´s house! Sherpy explores and sniffs everything.😄 He loves the beach!!😘🐕♥

Sherpa is an excellent traveling buddy never complains just enjoys the ride.

I can also relate to being tired after running 13 seconds...lol....absolutely adore the look on sherpa's face when he's in the mimi, sticking his head out of the window. It must be so nice and cooling for him, with all that glorious fur!

Once that first peemail finished, he was a puppy again running all over the place, he really is showing how much fun he is having, he is a totally different dog (hooman) as soon as he knows he is near sand, he starts to sing to anyone who will hear it, that he is near his favorite place and everyone must know how happy he is and share in his joy!

I feel you about the cramped space in the Mini. Aeons ago, I had a 1991 Mercury Capri that technically was a 4 seater (if the back passengers were toddlers) and a "boot" that could only hold 2 paper bags of groceries. Looks like you two had a great time! Have a great weekend!

I did that once, had the local vet call the vacation vet and between the two of them, they got us enough Thyroid medicine to last my girl the weekend. So sorry you couldn’t swing it and that you then had to make such a long drive back and forth. But nice you did and shows how Lord Sherpa comes first. 🥰🐕💕

Incredible that the local vets could not help 😮 We did something similar before and the local vet just phoned our vet at home. She then provided the meds our dog needed.
