I have never eaten better salo! Few cook pork belly like this, but in vain!
According to this recipe, the pork belly will be tender, juicy and fragrant. No stress. You don't need to fry anything. The brisket is cooked in its own juice. It is very important that the fire is minimal. Yummy, easy. Anyone can cook. I am sure you will like it.
Recipe and ingredients:
Pork belly - 1.3 kg.
salt - 25 g.
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Chili pepper - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Mix well.
Wrap in cling film.
Wrap another layer
to be filled with water.
Cook at low temperature.
When the water boils, put out the fire.
Cooking at a temperature of 80-85 or lower temperature.
Cook for 1.5 hours.
Let's make a salad👇
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Beets - 2 pcs.
Sauerkraut - 150 g.
Green peas - 150 g.
Chives.
Olive oil.
Salt - to taste
Mix well.
