I felt like the way she took is unfortunate. People called her a trap not because she looked like a boy, but because especially at the time there was a lot of baiting people into being attracted to someone who looks like a girl but was a boy. @@mickeycaulfield1905 Using the internet =/= getting fired. But it does mean you have to be careful about what you're posting and commenting if you're attaching your name to it. I think Brittany's meme is so harmless, but if she says a lot of people recognize her, imagine going to the bank and having people showing up to take pictures with her.... that's unprofessional and may deter people from going to that bank. I know it sounds far fetched, but it isnt, so many people show up at people's houses and even funerals (ex. Bretman Rock and his family member's funeral). Also, I truly think that there are jobs where you unfortunately give up that freedom to publicly do certain stuff. I used to work at a law firm where someone got in trouble for posting memes about sensitive topics on Twitter. This person's face and name were visible, and the last thing our bosses wanted was for clients to come across my coworker's posts. Hopefully in the future people can learn about boundaries and others can acquire a good sense of humor ! It sucks to have to give up having harmless fun in order to keep a job.

Same thing happened to Charles Ramsey (aka the dead giveaway guy who rescued those three missing girls). Apparently people kept coming into his place of employment and it became disruptive for regular business. It's even more heart crushing when you remember he said his first instinct on the day he went back to work after being on the news was to ask his boss "Do I still have a job" and he said his boss just hugged him and said "of course."
