So yeah, would be interesting xD The engine existed, however I couldn‘t find any documentation about it other than a description of function and drawing on Quora. Still, would be extremely interesting to build this forgotten engine. Edit: I found an antique book published in 1913 by Zsélyi featuring this turbine!

Future video theme: Now that you can do metal parts, I'd suggest revisiting some of your older ideas that would probably have worked if the nozzles/bodies whatever parts you made out of plastic or ceramic hadn't failed. You could go a step further, and combine several different design elements from previous failed tests into one insane rocket, but again, using metal parts this time, OR test multiple past designs made in metal and see which is the winner.

Video series idea: it is time to start doing cooling projects, since it is pretty much evident you´ve had temperature/melting issues through time lol. Lets start with a sink cooled turbine that also works as a mocha coffee pot, cause you know, coffee is great, sensible to latent heat dissipators are more efficient than only sensible ones and because why not. Tip, copper heat pipes have a 40-100kW/mK effective thermal conductivity, perfect for transporting heat under quick and big temperature deltas between components and ambient temperature. Also, if you dont transport heat through enough pipes, once they exceed operating temperature, they explode, and things bursting are great for content.

Hey what about creating a small hand held jet engine you can use to toast sandwiches? Just because it's an absolutely insane idea and it seems like something you would get a lot of enjoyment out of!

Try putting in a small pipe after the tesla valve that can be blocked off. This can be used to start the engine before being blocked once it gets going.

It looked like the solder on your fuel manifold melted at the end, you should have a model printed that has a fuel injection manifold built into the inside of the engine with one external inlet that you can hook a fuel supply to. Unless its unsafe with the internal temperatures.

I would absolutely try to see you make a metal turbo-prop engine! As far as i know its not been done on youtube.

I just love your channel because when I forget your channel name, and I will as I have a terrible memory, I can just google for "UKpostsr who hates tomatoes" and I come here. Don't have that lifeline on other channels! That and it's a brilliant channel!

You should make a firework with projects you've done in past videos (3d printed fuel, metal/plastic filament, etc.), and yes, tomatoes are digusting.

Your mother or sister would have loved that hair-dryer, I could only imagine the look on their faces when they saw what you did to it ahaha😂. Suggestion: I'd like to see you make a waste oil burner of some sort, whether it's a blowtorch to melt metal (or tomatoes 😈) or you try to power one of these jets with it. I'm thinking used fryer oil and/or a mix of diesel and used car oil.

you should 3D print a reproduction of the Egyptian Shist disk in Cairo Museum and try if it works like an impeller. Maybe even stack a few of those to make some kind of Archimedean screw for water pumping uphill

idea for a video: metal printed compressed air engine or maybe even a ram jet? Also interesting video, that metal printing arm must cost a large sum, but would be so much fun to play with. :D

It would be a very interesting project if you use this jet engine to power a fixed wing drone, if you get the aerodynamics and conditions right you might do a supersonic fixed wing drone!

I've already made a suggestion but now I have another one. You could be the first person that I know of, to build a fully (or mostly) 3d printed gas blowback airsoft gun! They are not that complex once you know how they work, I've already fully disassembled 4 of them for deep cleaning.
