People passing out drunk in the shower and causing water damage is known to happen. Building a sauna is a priority when Finns move to a new place. Apartment house not having a sauna would not be a selling point for the apartments. Also, you can get a feather in you cap by building a sauna to some unconventional place or way. And Finns probably enjoy going to sauna more in the summer, because things in general are nicer during the summer. Some sauna videos, including one with your fellow Italian going to a sauna on a summer cottage: "Trying Finnish Self Care Summer Habits | Ep.1 | Peaceful Cottage Culture", "Rajaportti Sauna: My Fave Finnish City: Tampere & Finlands Oldest Sauna", "AVANTO HOLE IN THE ICE", "Sauna in a Volvo", "HOW TO BUILD ICE SAUNA? (70°C) | Timelapse", "Sauna-auto Cruising", "Orajärven saunalautta", "Mikko Niemi Heating the smoke sauna", "Riksha1 Sauna palaa saatana" and "VI BASTAR MED VÄRLDSMÄSTAREN I BASTU (SUPERHUMAN)".

1. Water pressure on bidet can be easily adjusted by lowering or lifting the tap. 2. additional fun fact: Finnish homes have double- or triple-paned windows to insulate the house better. 3. Idk why you brushed the genius of duvet cover corner holes off? I guarantee you that putting the duvet cover any other way is slower. There is actually really famous story about this where IKEA originally had holes in their duvet cover corners as is normal in nordic countries but had to remove them because the international community was too dim-witted to realize their use and thought that they were broken. Well in any case I won't be looking for duvet covers from IKEA because I once had a cover without holes and it was such a drag.

Dane here. 😊 🇩🇰 The cutting board was a part of many kitchens here back in the 50’s too. Today not so much. 🤷‍♀️ The holes in the duvet cover is completely new to me. Back in the 60’s and 70’s many had saunas built in their houses. But jump to the 80’s and people had them removed again. Now we go to either a spa or indoor (public) swimming pool. The bidets were also a thing in the same period. Some still have them, most of us not. You can buy a douche-toilet instead, that basically washes and dries your behind, but those are also rare. 😊 Although we don’t get quite as low temperatures here in Denmark as in Finland, we still insulate our houses very well. Double doors aren’t really a thing. Most homes will have a small hallway or entrance, where you leave your coat and shoes/boots before coming in to the living room or kitchen instead. We do have double layered windows.

There is more saunas in Finland than road legal registered cars. The duvet / blanket cover..... I can't put one in place without those damn corner holes. I've tried but with no success

Bide is a very useful for a nice pranking. Just tape the trigger down and put it back to holder. Adjust the direction towards the basin, leave the area and wait. Just don't fall on your own prank.

This January was extra bad weatherwise in Lapland, over a week with temperatures from -23 to -36 Celsius in my area and worst being -44,3 Celsius further up north. If it is not windy, -25 and lower are pretty much the same, freezing cold. But it is only a matter of dressing right, layers on layers and you’ll be fine.

I know a guy who loves to take a hot shower when he's nearly passed out drunk. And yes, he sits on the floor and falls asleep more often than not. He flooded his girlfriend's rental appartment and it didn't have a second drain. So that was an expencive shower. Not for him though because it wasn't he's appartment and he's a parasite. He just keeps living his drunken life and still keeps showering drunk where ever he is.

You use the bidet and then wipe yourself dry with toilet paper. What is the big deal? 😃

If you go from a bar to some ladies home and you´re not sure are you going to get some, but if you hear sound of pide as she goes to bathroom, you´ll deffenetly gonna get some 😄. I don´t use myself that, mainly wash my toilet seat with it. Woman surely uses those more than man. But woman also have "salsa week" once a month so that is pretty handy for cleaning privates.
