Even many players that he played against will tell you the same. Jason Williams could drop dimes like the best of them. He was one of the best at dropping dimes that ever played the game. He's in the top 100 (83rd) of all time for a reason. Also, just image if he played today, he would be even better, because players today look to score first, he could dish the rock to even more of his teammates, and not just a few of them. #FACTS!

The best court vision belonged to jason kidd. Jason williams was underrated a bit, but was a liability when it came to defense and his shooting was meh. Also he was always trying to go out of his way to do highlight reel plays.

His shot selection was not the best. He sometimes took some really bad shots. You dont see that in those highlights. He could have been a better point guard with better decision making.

I'm sure they got those kinds of passes all the time during practice. Like Shaq said, when J will has the ball you always gotta be ready for it, even if it seems impossible for him to pass it to you. But yeah you're right, its pretty incredible

I got to meet Scott Pollard just by chance when I was living in Sacramento ( He played Center for the Kings - he's in some of these clips) and I asked him how do you know when to be ready for Jason Williams' passes. He said something along the lines of "you better not be sleepin' or he'll wake you up." I took that as "always be ready."
