Indeed, it's astonishing how much one work can change the course of the art history! There's something enigmatic and captivating about each of the Malevich's artworks, which goes to show how much effort he put into creating them. We were truly inspired by such mastery, so we decided to compile a collection of works done by Malevich as well as other prominent creators for others to appreciate their creative genius.

Malevich was a Ukrainian artist: he was born in Kyiv, he spoke Ukrainian, he used the motives of Ukrainian icons and certain parts from the lives of Ukrainian in some of his works. Many of his paintings were inspired by the Ukrainian folk art. He also worked at the Kyiv art institute. And in his arts where people are without faces he showed Ukrainians during the Holodomor.And the Holodomor is the second largest genocide by number of victims after the Holocaust. The Holodomor was carried out by the Soviet repressive regime, which tried to destroy the Ukrainian people, Ukrainian self-identification, the Ukrainian language, Ukrainian sovereignty, etc. And the fact that the vast majority of Malevich’s paintings are now in russia, and the fact that he is considered to be a russian avant-Garde artist, and the fact that he is sometimes even called a russian are all the results of this brutal imperialistic policy.
