That's why people don't roll out things they think are life-changing until they've applied for a trademark. 🙄 That's literally why some people won't even give out RECIPES because they don't want someone else making a business out of it. If you think you're sitting on something great, you know what you need to do. All the consumerist society copies, copies, copies. It's called A Fad. Sometimes it's called a dupe. I’m so glad you’re feeling so much better! That’s what it’s all about. The scale doesn’t even necessarily mean ANYTHING. I worked in an amazon warehouse and got into AMAZING shape, I had squats on squats on squats, my asthma resolved, my clothes were getting looser, everybody kept saying I was losing weight, but the number on the scale was EXACTLY THE SAME because I was gaining so much muscle! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 maybe it’s time to adjust your goal weight now that you’re actually gaining muscle!
