That offense will be a hand full. The defense didn’t look like they had much of a test but that offense might just be good enough to bail them out. It will be interesting to se how Tulane performs vs the defense considering they gave Oklahoma a bunch of trouble. That Tulane QB is a competitor.

Ole miss played us hard last year and they've been playing us tough for a while now. Not saying they're gonna win but at least we as bama fans have hope for some good games this year. Got a some what tough schedule this year and you cant take ole miss lightly

I definitely agree man. Im a gamecock fan myself. Last year's Ole Miss was a National Championship offense with a Liberty Bowl defense. They are returning a lot of offensive players and the defense is looking better. They will have a strong season, and I look forward to watching them play Alabama.

No, we started losing after we lost our defense, and Lamar left for the draft then we sucked for two seasons straight going 2-10 then Scott came and we won a bowl going 8-5 (I think) then last year was very disappointing (mainly the the defense). This game just exposed how we have to run to open up our offense is worrying.

Really good first string - depth is the issue which is to be expected when defensive recruiting only picked up last year. Last year's defense was utterly incompetent and this year, they look like a completely different unit. They still have a significant talent deficiency (Defensive line) but with the offense that they have, it might just be enough to give this team the path to be a force.

Rattler appears pretty overrated and a slow starter at the beginning of the year, and is there even a QB3 that guys have decided on?
