I decided to give them a shot as a last attempt to find any reason to stay.... And they absolutely worked! They completely changed my outlook on everything! They showed me new perspectives on my traumas, and renewed my hope, my mind, my love of this life. I can't even imagine ever thinking in the ways that I used to. I'm SO excited that these amazing healers are on their way to help so many people!! Humanity needs them badly. This is LONG overdue!

Mama Smurf, I am so interested in this. Can you give me more info? We actually have psychedelic mushrooms (high quality) at our home. My husband has been gently encouraging me to consider trying them for years. He has experience and has always had a positive experience with them, but I am scared to try them (I hate being out of control of my brain, like getting drunk), and he says I should not do them, unless I really WANT the experience (no fear), or I might have a bad trip. I have trauma from Rape, 3 other physical sexual assaults, domestic violence (not with my husband!), and another instance where a man held my daughter and I at gun point. I have a therapist, but she is my second one, and while we have made some strides, I feel like this is taking so long (I have been in therapy for about a year total) and I am getting further traumatized by other things while the slow progress occurs. For example: Jury Duty. I went willingly and was seated on a jury to hear a child molestation case. It triggered me bad as I heard the charges, I went into traumatic reaction, and by the time the judge got to me to ask if I could serve unbiased, I could not even speak because my throat was clinched down tight, tears were welling up in my eyes and I was in full flight or fight mode. I was forced to admit to my rape against my will and in a very public way, and that really made me mad. It's not the court's right to force on me---it's my decision when and who I tell about my rape. I was dismissed immediately by the judge, but the damage and humiliation in that packed courtroom was done. That was in 2019. I just got another Jury Summons a week ago, and I went into full on crisis, body symptoms lock down on my person, the moment I saw the Summons envelope from the court. I cried violently for 2 days until I saw my therapist. I really need this. I am 5'7' and about 170 lbs at 53 years old. I sound heavier than I am, I have a decent amount of muscle for my frame, a 38DD chest and when most people learn of my weight, they can't believe I weigh that much, if that helps. And suggestion on dose or other info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it appears that too many people can’t cope with life as it really is, so going on a special mental trip is the only way out other than death. And too many people seem to think this is a wonderful thing. And then there is the issue of whether and how these drugs negatively effect and change the brain long-term. There is really no hope for the human race; we are at the core of our own destruction as a species. One of our biggest faults is the inability to see anything “beyond the end of our noses.” Long foresight is in short supply.

In a span of 5 years after substance-inclusive therapy, 'my friend' went from not caring whether he lived or died to living a meaningful life, with an indispensable and lucrative career, a family, and a drive to help others and spread Light. He also saw others around him die because the drugs (and ego deaths) caused them to feel like life is pointless, so they spiraled into addiction and some even killed themselves intentionally. Green Bay seems perfect for that being it’s strange anomalies. A small city with an NFL team and decriminalized psilocybin. Seems like it fits. If it’s just city council voting, I’m surprised more cities don’t decriminalize weed and psilocybin but maybe I’m missing something. Anyone know?

There are ways... magic mushroom spores are legal in most states and can be bought online, once aquired with practice you can "garden" them. Might as well get some portobello or shittake going too. Several common dmt containing plants are legal and can be purchased online, they then have to be extracted into a pure form, or brewed into a noxious tea called ayahuasca. Certain legal cactus contain almost as much mescaline as peyote and can be purchased online, again they have to be brewed into a more condensed version. All of this would require significant self education on your part, but are doable at home. This is not advice, I do not condone doing this, simply the rambling of a crazy person.

My level 5 psilocybin trip changed (or rather confirmed) my view of the universe, it's meaning, and how it (probably!) operates. I honestly think all human beings should go through this type of experience at least once in their lives. It would solve so much conflict. These substances expand the mind and your view. Glad to see these drugs finally get the recognition they deserve. The psychedelic community has been aware of these benefits for decades. If you're thinking of giving these drugs 'a go' on your own, please ensure you read up on them first! Your environment/setting and who you're with can have a huge impact and will have a heavy influence if it'll turn into a 'good' or 'bad' trip. That said, all trips are learning experiences, even the dark and scary ones.

You'll get caught up in the visuals and that will be it. If you have intention to learn from it, it will show you some harsh and beautiful things about your self and life. Not enough people connect the psychedelic experience with the facing of the shadow in Jungian terms. It can be an encounter with things you have suppressed all your life. Some are not ready to enter that realm, hence the famous bad trip. This is where the benefits of a guided experience comes in. Watch his series How to Change Your Mind, it's great, very informative.

30 years of treatment for chronic, severe depression with dangerous medications that caused countless horrible side effects, without actually resolving the real issue. Eight weeks ago I began a psilocybin micro-dose plan and for the first time in my life I am free. I wake up feeling like I can handle the day, instead of that endless hopelessness that haunted me for decades. I could have done so much more with this life had I started this 30 years ago. But at least I can look forward to the future now, instead of begging for the end to come.

It’s interesting how all of a sudden I’m hearing all of this talk about “mushrooms“🤔 I just watched Bill Burr’s comedy special on Netflix the other night and he shared what happened to him after taking mushrooms. I’m pretty sure I can go the rest of my life and never indulge😬 Good luck to any of you that go on this journey though 🙏🏾

I took 'em. Honestly, if you don't want to, but you do it anyway, you're gonna have a bad time. If you're curious, have a goal. Have a question or a subject to explore. An experience. And then just use the drug to gently arrive at the answer/destination. But again, only if that genuine desire exists.

@@peytongonavy there’s no desire for me 😆 I’ve experienced watching a few close family members deal with mental illnesses. Seeing people lose control of who they are scared me into never getting involved with drugs nor alcohol. I can honestly say that I’ve never been drunk a day in my life… I’ve never even so much as puffed on a cigarette. I love who I am and life definitely has its challenges but overall, I feel loved and protected. So I’m good, thank you🥰

Mushrooms make people better people. They're extremely beneficial for the brain. Most of the tech billionaires now running trillion dollar empires were at the least microdosing back in the day because it promotes neuroplasticity. Ket, psilocybin and MDMA are far more effective for depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma than anything currently available. There are people with treatment resistant depression and PTSD that after decades of crippling issues have had their lives improve dramatically overnight with even a single dose of ket or treatment with assisted therapy. I'd wager you're only going to be hearing a lot more from here, being mushrooms have the potential to not only fix the current mental health crisis in many counties, but also help with a wide range of environmental and other issues. This might sound far-fetched, but it's really not.

Same here, I suffered terribly with anxiety, depression and sometimes an overwhelming fear of my own inadequacy as a man. I began my self-therapy with mushrooms in 1982, bought a house in Austin in '84 with a ravine and woods on the property and would go down there at night, get in a sleeping bag and let those puppies go to work opening up the psyche. And it was mostly painful - with spectacular interludes of joyous gratification for the divine experience of release and understanding. That was 40 years ago and I'm with maybe 300 sessions under my belt, still doing it about every 2 months. I took this project on having read in '77, Stan Grof's 1975 revolutionary first book ('Realms Of ...."), and again in '82. He is the master when it comes to the topic - the absolute primo authority and 90 years old now.

Psilocybin has litterally saved my life. I still feel bad but I would've taken my own life if it wasn't for microdosing. Unfortunately I live in Sweden who are many years behind the US (for example cannabis are highly illegal and probably will stay that way for a long time) so there's no doctor or therapist to talk about this with and I suffer from a lot of different problems. But psilocybin has been the only thing I found that can keep me manage my life. It's discraceful it's illegal. Wish I lived in Oregon.
