Here's a great stat for anybody who thinks the Islanders are boring. They have most goals in these playoffs with 43. Plus electric defense and goal tending

Hey Steve! I admit I’m a Winnipeg guy (and we played REALLY badly in the series with Montreal!), but what about Logan Stanley’s two goals in Game 4? First full year in the NHL, 6’ 7” defensive defenseman, not even really part of the regular team, absolutely snipes Price twice.

As soon as the Coliseum Crowd started singing the national anthem..the bruins season was already over before the puck was even dropped. The NY SAINTS chant was the exclamation mark.

unrelated but can I just say that the person doing color in the canes vs bolts series, AJ, was such a refreshing voice after listening to Pierre every time I turn on NBCSN for the last decade. She like, sounded like she knew what she was talking about and when she talked she didn't scream into the mic...oh and..and she didn't tell me where people played juniors. ahh it was great.... I hope she gets a contract with ESPN to do the national games in the future.

I know we lost, but in game 4 Logan Stanley (who?) sniped 2 beauties past Price in like 3 minutes. I think it deserves mention considering he's a rookie defenseman with only one goal in the regular season.

I did tweet Steve at the start of this season that if the Leafs didn’t make playoffs they need to fire everyone from the top on down. But even though they did make the playoffs, they still should fire everyone from the top down cause a team as stacked as they are should have at least made the final 4.

TB's top 4 are paid $32.625m, and one of those top four is a defenceman (perennial Norris candidate), the next Bergeron/Yzerman in Point, oh and Stamkos and Kucherov and that doesn't even include Vasilevskiy yet. When you add in Vasilevskiy (top 3 goalie in the league) it is no wonder teams that have their success entered around high end forward talent (mostly) just can't make it in the playoffs.

Lightning were like that for a lot of years till they started to understand that it will set you records in the regular season but get you nowhere in the playoffs. They build a roster that could get away with losing one of their best players and still make the playoffs. And all the salty over the cap idiots which they are 9 mill over not 18 because those two players they traded for last year to get rid of cap space have unofficially retired. The funny part is they could get rid of johnson palat or Stamkos and there is young guys waiting to take over that are just as good if not better. Ross colton is just one.

When I first heard about Currie I started thinking about what her height was, if she was that above average for a woman in terms of size, and then I heard she was a goalie and realized none of that matters. If anybody were to look in her direction they'd be slain instantaneously.

Like leaf fans, when you are a diehard fan of the Bruins, you learn to deal with the heartache that comes with it. The B’s just weren’t consistent enough and all around bad in a couple of those games.
