This tutorial is also a part of my online series for beginners based on nrf52832 & nrf52840 microcontrollers and in this tutorial we will install the wireshark tool to monitor our advertisement packets. Advertisement in BLE devices is an important part & we have to see the advertisement packets to understand & debug our BLE Application device. We will install a plugin from Nordic semiconductors which displays all the packets taken from nrf dongle.
NOTE: WE NEED ANOTHER DEVICE USB DONGLE OR NRF52832 OR NRF52840, AS WE WILL UPLOAD A SNIFFER FIRMWARE IN IT.
so we need our device(nrf52832 or nrf52840) + we need another device (USB Dongle or nrf52832 or nrf52840) + we need Wireshark with plugins.
