Dont admit that publicly, it's sad and pathetic. The reality is that social media has made most men unseen and unnoticed, along with the fact most of us have loser fathers who don't teach us how to be strong and take care of ourselves anymore, it used to be that way probably 50 years ago and earlier, but after WWII the idea of a strong male father figure was discouraged and beaten down by society. And that caused most fathers now to not know how to be mature emotionally strong men, and not know how to raise a good strong man. Most dads don't encourage their sons to workout and exercise, or teach them how to shave or work on a car, or fix things around the house, or anything like that, that we need to know to be a better man. So the reality is now, is that you as a man intend times, was born at a disadvantage and you have to seek out strong men to learn how to fix those disadvantages. The easiest way to think of it is you're a video game character who's stats are all at 0 when you're born, and as you get to be a young man you lose stats and they go negative. Now, it's up to you to figure out how to change that and improve all your stats to be the best they possibly can, which is harder than it should be, because your character has terrible stats to begin with. It's corny but it's the truth. And the best way to improve your first and most important stat, is to learn how to keep your emotions in check and not get to the point you have to say them online for the world to see. The first thing to do, to make you handle your emotions better, is to realize #1, nothing matters at the end of the day. Were all going to die, were all going to be forgotten no matter how hard you try to be remembered. In thousands and thousands of years you'll be lost to time. Now, you have to realize that that's not a bad thing, it's a good thing, because it means you don't have to worry about any stupid shit that's causing you to ruin your own everyday life with a negative attitude. I recommend you read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, and look into the concept of stoicism. It teaches you how to be able to get over your own mental blocks and how to be a leader and handle the troubles of everyday life with a cool head and smart thinking.
