I live in Sacramento, California, I looked already into Newport Tennessee, because Mr. Randy Jones built 5 Communities. He rents the lots for $200 a month. Although I liked your Models there in North Carolina. How is your weather there?❤

The lot rent in Newport is $200/month AFTER you pay $15,000 or more "key money", and the lease renews each year (meaning you can be refused renewal for any reason-or no reason- after only one year). Not affordable or a good idea.

@@reynetallents Weather is nice 8 months out of the year and the most part, winter is pretty mild. January and February are the coldest then it starts to warm up. Lots of outdoor activities to do in the area!

We haven't set a price yet. We've seen lots rents as much as $1,500 in Florida and California. Our will be nowhere near that.

Try not to get rid of all the trees and nature and make it a parking lot jammed with houses for profit. Make it nice and inviting with decent space between each tiny home .

I agree with not letting it look like a parking lot. Acony Bell is in NC, and a good model to follow (only more trees).

We have kept some of the beautiful key trees! Less than 10 years ago the land was mostly forested so most are pine trees that didn't have much value. We'll definitely be adding in nice landscaping!

Perhaps in the future! We are based out of North Carolina and many people are moving to tue southeast.
