To make Chicken and Mushroom Cheese Soup:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Water - 1.5 l
Champignons - 300 g
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove + dry garlic
Butter - 10-20 g
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Black pepper - 4-5 peas
White bread - a few slices
1. Pour the chicken fillet and the onion cut in half with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. If necessary, remove the foam from the broth. Take out the chicken fillet and onion. We don't need onions anymore, but we need chicken fillet.
2. While the chicken fillet is cooking, chop the mushrooms and fry. Add a little butter, dried or fresh garlic. Pepper and salt to taste.
3. Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots into quarters or strips. Add them to the broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Grate the cheese and add to the broth, stirring vigorously so that the cheese melts faster.
4. Cut the chicken fillet into portions. Chop a clove of garlic.
5. When potatoes and carrots are soft, add mushrooms, chicken fillet, garlic, bay leaf, black peppercorns. Salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes at a low boil. Remove the soup from the heat and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
6. In the meantime, cut the loaf into cubes and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils. Add fresh or dried garlic, a pinch of sugar and salt. Stir and serve separately with soup.
