While travelling to a friend’s wedding in Forks, Washington, James and Weste’s get a puncture in their tyre. With no where to stay, they begrudgingly accept the offer of an abandoned cabin in the middle of the woods, owned by a recently deceased grandma. A night of terror ensues, with a looming threat of a deranged uncle and paranormal encounters lasting through the night.

What a wierd deal . As everyone else has commented , What friends would invite you to a wedding , you get in a jam for a night , and they just dump you off in a creepy cabin in the middle of the woods knowing that the Uncle is mentally unstable and might show up at anytime . They should have paid for their Hotel for a night or at least let them crash on their floor ..

To leave friends in such a place with the chance that a very emotionally charged man, that's grieving and is likely to lash out at complete strangers in his mums home is disgusting, these are not friends, any number of guests could have given them a place to stay, they weren't treated as guests just flung out into a potentially dangerous place for the night

They had nowhere to stay. But they could have just slept in the car and had no problems. I've had to sleep in my car at times it wasn't comfortable but I was warm on a cold night.

I would stay in the car or ask to sleeo on the floor of the living room. I actually wonder what the hell where they thinking agreeing to stay in a cabin in a woods where a psycho uncle stays. That alone would have gotten my butt back on the car to drive back out there. The rotten meat fridge was a dead ringer too.

They spend their money taking time off a d away from work probably without pay all for their high-school friend big wedding. Theb they fudge up their car They're not allowed to stay at the new wife's house apparently not allowed to stay at their friend's home or anywhere nearby I'm assuming that they didn't have the money to get on a motel or a hotel but you think that their awesome high school friend would be concerned and be courteous and put down 70 bucks to make sure he can get his boys a couple of beds in a warm room for the night with 2 twin beds or queen beds i wouldnt care doubt they did so you know for a certainty that the boys who dropped their busy life and flew over to share this day with you are safe and sound for the night. The only part of this I believe? This is a story -based on true events- Yeah, I got this place you guys can stay. Couple of things though. Number one, I do NOT own it and have no legal right to pawn it off to anyone. Number two, the uncle would probably shoot you on site if he showed up, being as nobody told him...real nice. They really dug deep into their genius with this one. Man they don't even try anymore when it comes to selling a scripted TV show.

my father in law lives right off la push rd on mora. i've seen monster droppings on the north side of the quillayute river on the shoreline. last summer i saw 2 stray dogs that had been living with coyotes after running away from home. they were really scraggly but well behaved and had been pets. one of them had what looked like a nuclear weapon strapped on its left hind leg and figured it had something to do with the monster droppings.
