I should’ve started my hydroxychloroquine years ago like they wanted me to for lupus and my heart condition. I started finally in 2022 when my heart needed help. Thank God I am better than I was but I have had covid two times and took Paxlovid each time. I only wish I never got covid and didn’t need Paxlovid. I have wished I could not need the HCQ too but I know it is helping. I take a small dose not the larger dose I originally was given. The rheumatologist agrees with my regimen. God help us to remain healthy always even taking HCQ.

I too have lupus for years. I was scared to take prednisone, or hydroxychloroquine do I did not. My heart’s pericardial effusion then grew. I also tried colchicine for it. I now take hydroxychloroquine since 2022 thank God and I cannot thank God enough for helping me to avoid an invasive heart procedure. I also cut out foods that made my heart rate go high or my chest get tight, I’m on a low histamine diet of sorts, I exercise so much more and rest better. I pray for us to live long healthy lives despite our taking hydroxychloroquine. God is good.

Conversations like this were common in our universities before they prioritized letting anyone with enough money get a degree.

@@truthfuljoe I think it is worse than that, isn't it? Today they don't even study at the university. They study 'remotely' via the computer. With lots of multiple choice questions and such. I think now anyone can get a degree. But the quality of the degrees is questionable because of that. Or perhaps you're talking expressly about the cost? In aus. here if you can't afford it but do qualify to take the course then the govt will pay and you will pay back after completion when your income reaches a certain level, bit by bit.

It is so hard to even get ivermectin. When my daughter and niece brought home head lice from school in like 2008, I begged doctors for it, and they acted like it was forbidden or only for animals. I do wonder if I could ever get some today if I ever wished to use it. I already take hydroxychloroquine since 2022 for lupus and my heart condition brought on from it most likely.
