The engineering put into designing and manufacturing of a carbon rim justifies its price. also carbon fiber does not have to be a hyper expensive material. it is the attention to detail that certain applications need that raise the price. aligning fibers and patterns perfectly for certain properties etc. I seriously doubt that 240k was spent on seats in manufacturing alone.

You can still get it with a 3 cylinder engine. But that configuration has “only” 1400 hp, because Koenigsegg downsized the battery in order to save weight.
