Around 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 13th, 1992, 27-year-old Susan Taraskiewicz left her workplace near Revere, Massachusetts, to fetch some sandwiches for her coworkers. Hours went by but Susan never returned to work. When her mother found out that Susan hadn’t shown up for work on September 14th, 1992, she filed a missing complaint with the Massachusetts Police Department. That very same day, Susan’s car was found abandoned at an auto repair shop along a highway. Inside the trunk was her beaten-up and stabbed body. An investigation was launched but the detectives weren’t prepared for the conspiracies they uncovered later.
